  3. We will provide a full response within one calendar month.

    • If the issue is complex and we need more time, we will let you know before the deadline.

  4. We will explain our findings, any actions we have taken, and any steps we will take to prevent similar issues in future.

5. If You Are Not Satisfied With Our Response

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, you can escalate the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
